Importance of talent management
In today’s global business environment, talent management has become the most significant source of competitive advantage, and it creates value for all the organizations & leaders in any business, work extremely hard to recruit, hire, develop, and retain people. Because they feel that people are the only assets that transform in any business and modernization is the only way to sustain success & they believe that managing personnel will offer their firm an advantage. (Dr. Baqutayan, 2014)
What is the most important aspect of talent management?
No personnel strategy can work unless it provides what people truly desire and want. If an organization's talent strategy fails, it indicates a breakdown in communication between employers and employees.
Talent management process
Finding the right people and aiding them in developing and utilizing their skills leads to more effective work and leadership. Employers who do it properly often take the following steps:

Organizations who can discover and match an applicant's innate skills to their roles and culture will gain a competitive advantage by laying a far stronger foundation for the future.
